T-Rex has been awarded a contract to provide Help Desk, Desk Side Support, and Refresh Support in support of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center (PSC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract Prime Contractor supporting Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations (ITIO).
The HHS PSC contract provides services for a sub-set of HHS Operating Divisions. This sub-set is comprised of approximately 9,000 users in the DC metro area and in 10 Regional Offices throughout the United States. The T-Rex staff has been supporting the contract since 2011 by providing recognized desk side and help desk support
T-Rex will be the sole provider of all future Help Desk Technician employees working on the HHS PSC Program. The Help Desk position is responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 support for HHS employees including the handling of all inbound calls regarding technical issues. Our Help Desk employees perform technical troubleshooting of PC, laptop, printer, Black-berry and other peripheral hardware and soft-ware as well as password resets and employee account management using Active Directory.
This Help Desk Contract further solidifies our relationship with our prime contractor and HHS, and the award of this contract is a testament to the T-Rex contributions on the HHS PSC program.
