On December 15th 2023, T-Rex released a major update to its Zero Trust Architecture Accelerator (ZTAA) to align with Version 2.0 of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Zero Trust Maturity model. DHS CISA released Version 2.0 of its  Zero Trust Capability Maturity Model in April 2023.

T-Rex’s updated ZTAA not only supports the new maturity level for each pillar defined by CISA, but also adds 10 CISA and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) directives and guidance overlays. These overlays align cybersecurity investments and maximize all efforts to accurately track an Agency’s zero trust maturity level. The ZTAA allows T-Rex to identify any gaps these agencies may have to then develop a phased roadmap for improvement.

“T-Rex is accelerating Federal Agencies’ adoption of Zero Trust with ZTAA 2.0,” said Dr. Allen Harper, Executive Vice President of Cybersecurity at T-Rex Solutions, with the release of the major update.
