Vice President, Civilian

Matt serves as Vice President, Civilian at T-Rex Solutions and is responsible for leading strategy, growth, and execution across the company’s federal civilian portfolio. In this role, Matt works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure strong program performance, operational discipline, and high-quality service delivery. Matt brings over 20 years of experience leading complex, mission-critical programs across the Defense, Intelligence, and Civilian markets, with a focus on aligning customer objectives with scalable, results-driven solutions. He has directed diverse portfolios spanning program delivery, customer engagement, and operational improvement, while delivering measurable outcomes and long-term value to government partners. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
