What information do we collect? How do we use it?
If you complete one of our online forms, we may request your name, e-mail address, mailing address, or other contact information. Depending on the information requested on a particular form on this website, we may request information pertaining to your specific support needs or the needs of the organization which you represent to provide you with the best, most accurate information. We only use the information we collect about you to provide support to you for our products or services.
We also automatically collect information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our website and usage details, including IP addresses and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies. This information is used for website improvement and, to the extent any personal identifying information is obtained, it is not disclosed to outside parties.

Traffic statistics for our website are only reported to us anonymously and in the aggregate, and no information provided by Google Analytics is traceable to any specific individual.
