Founder, Chairman of the Board
Trevor is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of T-Rex Solutions. He started the company in 1999 with a focus on long-term value creation, along with successful client delivery and employee outcomes. His strategic vision and ability to attract top subject matter experts led T-Rex to evolve from a small, HUBZone business to an emerging mid-tier business, and the #4 cloud service provider to the federal government. Trevor has guided T-Rex’s growth for 20 years and has garnered recognition from Smart CEO and Inc. 5000. At the core of the company is a culture of accountability, respect, and performance excellence. Trevor’s willingness to take measured risks and continuously reinvest in the business has fueled T-Rex’s growth, success, and professional relationships with peers, clients, and partners in efforts to deploy IT platforms across the public sector. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
President, Chief Executive Officer
Seth serves as the Chief Executive Officer of T-Rex Solutions and is responsible for setting and executing company strategy and all day-to-day operations. In his prior role as Chief Operating Officer he demonstrated broad portfolio level expertise and the ability to successfully lead company operations through a tremendous growth period where T-Rex saw an increase in revenues of over 550 percent. Seth also held the role of Chief Financial Officer for the organization. He has nearly 20 years of financial and operational management experience in the government contracting industry with specific focus on the execution of large, complex mission critical IT programs. Before joining T-Rex, Seth enjoyed a 15-year career with Lockheed Martin. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Maryland (UC).
VP, Chief Operating Officer
Marc joined T-Rex in April of 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the company’s client-facing operating groups on a day-to-day basis. In that capacity, he over sees program execution and is responsible for customer satisfaction, quality, staff recruitment and development, information security, IT, finance and financial strategy. He joined T-Rex as an innovative leader from Lockheed Martin where he led geographically dispersed finance and business operations teams including large-scale IT development and integration programs and highly dynamic services contracts. His broad portfolio included diverse roles in business strategy, international program execution, new business pursuits, program start-up, financial management, planning and analysis, and earned value management. Marc received an MBA from Georgetown University and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Finance and Psychology.
Chief Financial Officer
Mary is the Chief Financial Officer at T-Rex Solutions, responsible for treasury operations, financial strategies, program finance, contracts, subcontracts, and accounting. She has expertise in cost control, forecasting, cost allocation, and financial analysis, and experience overseeing large, complex projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Before joining T-Rex in 2017, Mary spent 13+ years at Lockheed Martin, managing programs valued at $100M+ per year and overseeing financial planning and analysis for a $500M line of business. Mary received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing information systems from James Madison University and her master of business administration from the University of Maryland.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Valerie serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer responsible for all functional and strategic aspects of HR including recruiting, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR data management. Valerie has over 15 years of HR experience in government and non-profit industries. She has a strong track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership, relationship management, and communication skills. Before joining T-Rex, Valerie held key positions in the human resource departments at URSA and Raytheon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Cleveland State University and a master of labor and human resources degree from Ohio State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Jason serves as the Chief Technology Officer at T-Rex Solutions, responsible for the company’s solution offerings and driving technological solution development and innovation into client delivery. Jason is also the Deputy Program Manager on T-Rex’s US Census Technical Integration Program, where he leads all aspects of engineering, including cloud and data center architecture, system development, system migration, release management, DevSecOps implementation, mobile device integration, System of System (SoS) integration, and enterprise security and operations. Before joining T-Rex, Jason spent 18 years at Lockheed Martin. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration of information systems and a master’s degree in information systems from Johns Hopkins University.
Chief Development and Innovation Officer
Sean is the Chief Development and Innovation Officer of T-Rex Solutions. He is responsible for driving technology and business development initiatives and leading integrated growth teams serving the defense, intelligence, civil, and homeland security markets. Sean joined T-Rex in 2011, having built his career at Lockheed Martin developing and managing various large-scale and mission critical enterprise management systems for the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Veteran Affairs, Census Bureau, United Kingdom Office of National Statistics and Statistics Canada. He has successfully developed and executed a long-term business strategy that has generated more than $3.1B in sales from 2004-2018. Sean has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in management information systems from James Madison University.
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer at T-Rex Solutions, Mike is responsible for creating business value through technology, streamlining operations and optimizing systems. He ensures technology systems and procedures meet and exceed enterprise business goals and the needs of our federal government clients. As a key member of T-Rex since its inception in 1999, Mike has held a multitude of roles supporting corporate IT infrastructure and users, culminating with his role as CIO. Prior to joining T-Rex, Mike served as VP of Development at Quality Systems International. Mike has a degree in computer science and is currently enrolled in the cybersecurity program at University of Maryland University College.
Chief Information Security Officer
Steve is the Chief Information Security Officer at T-Rex Solutions, responsible for all aspects of cybersecurity across business operations. He is responsible for directing risk management, compliance, and information security policies and standards for the company. Prior to joining T-Rex, Steve had over a decade of senior executive strategic and operational experience in the U.S. national security sector directing and executing global missions and advising national leaders on cybersecurity initiatives to prevent significant malicious cyber events. He received his bachelor of science in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, holds a master’s degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a master’s degree in national security and international affairs from the Naval War College, a master’s degree in national security strategy from the National Defense University, and completed an executive certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School under its national preparedness leadership initiative.
Vice President, Strategic Client Solutions
Clyde serves as Vice President of Strategic Client Solutions within the Development and Innovation Group of T-Rex Solutions, shaping T-Rex solutions and services to meet the needs of federal and defense clients, including enterprise and solutions architecture, agile methodologies, business process re-engineering, software system design and development, continuous integration, automated testing, and more. He served as the Capture Manager and Program Manager on T-Rex’s $1B+ US Census Bureau’s Technical Integrator (TI) Program contract from October 2017 through March 2018. Clyde has over 30 years of consulting experience and has led efforts at T-Rex and Lockheed Martin, capturing over $4B in new sales. Clyde received a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in industrial systems engineering and operations research from the University of Florida.
Vice President, Strategy & Growth
Kelly serves as Vice President of Strategy and Growth within the Development and Innovation Group of T-Rex Solutions, setting the company’s growth strategy and driving marketing/branding and business development initiatives. She has over 30 years’ experience in the federal consulting arena, where she has held several executive positions including Vice President and Director of Operations for Cybersecurity and IT PMO Divisions at ICF. Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree with concentrations in management information systems and marketing from the University of Virginia, and master’s degrees in business administration, with a focus on strategic management, and in international transactions from George Mason University.
