U.S. Department of Education
Portfolio of Integrated Value-Oriented Technologies – Hosting (PIVOT-H) Contract
The Department of Education faced the challenge of modernizing 30 mission-critical systems while ensuring security, scalability, and cost efficiency. T-Rex designed and implemented a hybrid multi-cloud hosting platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP, selecting the optimal environment for each application through CSP-neutral evaluations. Our team developed risk-mitigated migration roadmaps tailored to each system’s unique requirements, enabling a seamless transition to the cloud.
As a result, T-Rex successfully migrated 30 mission-critical systems and transitioned 32 AWS accounts ahead of schedule, delivering significant cost savings and improved operational resilience. Today, we provide ongoing operations and maintenance for AWS and Azure platforms, ensuring highly available, secure environments that support the Department’s mission.
