How can Agencies Respond to Workforce Challenges? Keplinger Responds to Fed Scoop
In a recent interview with Fed Scoop, T-Rex CTO, Jason Keplinger talks about solutions for workforce issues challenging the federal government.
Given that T-Rex is a technology solutions provider, he cites programs implemented by our organization to maintain a strong technical workforce. One example is providing flexible workspaces requiring us to leverage secure technologies that give employees the ability to use non-traditional workspaces and devices where appropriate. Another example is rotating employees from one program or agency to the another preventing lessons from having to be learned twice and therefore making outcomes better and employees more content. Finally, another is sharing information through groups like ACT-IAC that brings workforce and government employees together to create solutions for the government as a whole.
