February 4, 2020 – T-Rex is proud to announce that Katherine Eustice has been nominated as a finalist for a Women in Technology (WIT) Leadership Award in the STEM Leadership category. Katherine is the Transition Integrated Project Team Lead and has been an important contributor to the success of T-Rex’s Technical Integrator program which supports the U.S. Census Bureau’s implementation of the 2020 Census.

For 20 years WIT has been honoring highly successful women in the DMV who have also made mentoring the next generation of leaders in technology a significant component of their own success. This concept of rewarding success with mentorship aligns with WIT’s mission to advance women in technology from the classroom to the boardroom. Finalists have been identified in eight categories and winners in each category will be revealed at the WIT Leadership Awards Gala on May 21st. The entire list of finalists can be seen here.

CTO Jason Keplinger commented that “Katherine has been instrumental in leading and influencing in a highly matrixed organization. With T-Rex as the Technical Integrator leading multiple subcontract partners and over 750 team members, Katherine has been an insightful and steady hand that quietly coaches and influences. She has gone from managing six people to helping the Chief Engineer/Deputy Program Manager manage the entire program – all since 2016. We are all thrilled that Katherine is being recognized for her contributions in this way.”
