T-Rex Solutions today announced several key hires and promotions to its leadership team to support a new organizational structure. After significant success with its cornerstone Federal account, U.S. Census Bureau, an acquisition serving the intelligence community and pivotal contract wins, the company is establishing new business areas for National Security and Federal Civilian markets.

“We are positioned for significant growth in the coming years because of our hard work and success providing excellent service delivery and innovative IT solutions,” said Seth Moore, T-Rex CEO. “We are doubling-down to provide our capabilities to more agencies and customers.”

Sean Murphy, who joined the organization in 2011 and most recently served as the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, will lead the newly formed Federal Civilian business area as Executive Vice President, charged with service delivery and a portfolio of programs and partnerships.

To support the Federal Civilian market, T-Rex is pleased to announce the recent hires of Olin Green as Director of Emerging Markets and Bill MacDonald as Director of the Commerce market. Green joins T-Rex with more than 20 years of experience in federal and defense contracting for enterprise IT and cybersecurity portfolios. MacDonald joins T-Rex with more than 35 years of experience managing large-scale programs for civil, defense and intelligence agencies.

T-Rex also promoted Utpal Amin to Director for Department of Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs markets. Catherine Tiffany will support Sean Murphy as Director of Operations for the newly formed Federal Civilian business area.

Dab Kern joins T-Rex as Executive Vice President of the National Security business area. Supporting this effort, Chris Scott recently joined the organization to lead the Intelligence Community market, bringing more than 24 years of experience in delivering contracting capabilities to the intelligence community.

“The technologies and processes used to deliver a secure cloud-based 2020 Census are innovations that position T-Rex for growth in the Federal marketplace,” said Rick Dansey, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer. “With our new organizational structure, we have a high-caliber team poised to bring these innovations to our Federal clients.”

The Growth and Strategy (G&S) organization will align with the two new business areas.  Rick Dansey was promoted to Chief Growth and Strategy Officer to lead G&S. Amy Miller Feehery was recently hired as Director of Federal Civilian Business Development, and Dan Sundius transitions to Director of National Security Business Development. Amy McKenna will direct Growth and Strategy’s operations.

“Our business area leadership is ready to lead our program workforce and partner with their business development counterparts to bring innovation to our government clients,” said Valerie Utsey, Chief People Officer. “The executive searches for these positions cast a wide net of incredible talent, and we are excited to welcome these talented individuals to the organization and congratulate those who have been promoted into critical positions of leadership.”
