Has Progress Been Made in Government IT Modernization? Keplinger Responds to Fed Scoop

In a recent interview with Fed Scoop, T-Rex CTO, Jason Keplinger shares his perspective on where progress has been made in IT Modernization at government agencies through a confluence of three factors:

1.Policy changes such as the Modernizing Government Technology (MGT) Act

2.Programs being instituted by agencies such as Census and USDA to address technology problems holistically with mission critical applications vs. taking a narrower approach

3.Technology coming together at an enterprise level such as DevSecOps, bolted on, data management and automation.
