We’ve Rebranded!

You may have noticed things look a bit different. Over the last twenty years, T-Rex has grown significantly. This year, we decided to update our look to reflect our modern approach to providing technical solutions to government clients, our fierce passion for excellence, and a relentless drive for innovation. Our new branding embodies the characteristics of our anachronistic name which has been part of our founder’s brand since his college years.

The new branding was designed to convey attributes such as strength, power, and agility while still being approachable and fun. Employees validate that these characteristics reflect the spirit of working at T-Rex. You’ll see from our employee testimonials that T-Rex is an attractive and exciting place to work combining the mission of bigger companies with the accessibility and appeal of a smaller organizations. Clients trust that we will stand up to a challenge, deliver on our promises, and protect clients with all our might.

Our branding also aligns to a set of core values that we live by:

  • Agility and Innovation
  • Learning Continuously
  • Leadership and Empowerment
  • Teamwork as our Advantage
  • Respect for the Individual
  • Excellence in all we Do

Along with our brand promise, and in support of our core values, we were working toward a more sophisticated way of communicating both internally and externally. Our new website provides a user experience that allows us to deliver on this dynamic approach. We are committed to more regular communication with clients and employees highlighting the talent and ideas of our team and the demonstration of our brand promise.

We are excited to reveal our new look as the evidence that we are growing and changing. Stay tuned as we reveal more of what goes on behind the scenes at T-Rex as we begin to showcase how the T-Rex team has taken on thought leadership around hybrid cloud data migration, lessons learned about the people side of systems integration, growing a small company and more.

2019 and 2020 will be exciting years for T-Rex and we intend to share the journey here.
